At Stepsyy, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Please note that national holidays, high-demand seasons, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
1. 📦 Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–14 business days.
If you choose a faster shipping service, the delivery time will depend on that option, but we still aim to process and ship all orders within the 2-14 business day window. During periods of high demand or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you promptly via email.
2. 📍 Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.
We strive to process orders quickly, so if you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
3. 📭 Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it may be subject to a restocking fee, determined on a case-by-case basis. Reshipping may incur additional charges.
4. 📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Stepsyy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information confirms delivery.
If your tracking states that your order was delivered, but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local postal service to file a claim or inquiry.
5. 🔁 Return & Refund Policy – 30 Days
We stand behind the comfort and quality of our non-permanent tattoos. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the day your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged in ways that cannot be verified as a manufacturing issue.

If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, we may hold your order until all items are ready to ship. If applicable, we’ll notify you and offer the option for partial shipment.
